Ledger responds to CZ: Previous attacks were not aimed at Ledger’s Discord and its administrator account

CoinRank News: Ledger responded to CZ on the X platform, saying: “Thank you CZ for reminding users to be careful. To clarify: this attack was not aimed at Ledger’s Discord and its administrator accounts. 24 hours ago (Sunday morning CET), a contracted moderator’s Discord account was briefly hacked, resulting in a scam link being briefly posted in the channel. The email CZ mentioned was fake and part of a phishing attack. It was not written or sent by anyone at Ledger. The matter was resolved in less than an hour: the account was removed, the fake website was reported, all permissions were secured, and Discord is now fully operational again, and additional measures have been taken to strengthen security.
