CoinRank News: According to on-chain analyst Ember, an hour ago, a whale who has held BTC for 12 years transferred 250 BTC (US$29.68 million) to Binance. This whale received and hoarded 5,000 BTC (US$1.66 million) 12 years ago (November 2013), when the price was only US$332. He started selling the 5,000 BTC 11 years after holding it (November 2024). In the past 8 months, he has sold a total of 1,000 BTC (US$102 million) at an average price of US$102,410. Now, he still holds 4,000 BTC (US$474 million).
