The Block reports, a crypto class action accusing Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks of misleading investors by promoting the now-bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital has been dismissed.

The suit claimed Cuban made false statements before Voyager’s 2022 Chapter 11 filing, when $1.3B in crypto assets were held on the platform.
