Dubai Government Partners with Crypto.com to Accept Cryptocurrencies for Government Services

CoinRank News: The Dubai government has reached a cooperation with the crypto platform Crypto.com, planning to allow citizens and businesses to pay for government services with cryptocurrencies. According to the agreement, once the relevant technical details are completed, users can pay through the Crypto.com digital wallet, and the platform will then convert the cryptocurrency into UAE dirhams and transfer it to the government. This move is part of Dubais strategy to promote a cashless society. Crypto.com has obtained a license issued by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). (CoinDesk)
